Not regularly, as I have no TV in my bedroom, but I will fall asleep from time to time while watching TV, particularly late at night or while intoxicated. :D
After getting into bed, do you usually fall asleep almost immediately, or does it take some time, tossing and turning, for you to drift off to sleep?
It usually takes me at least 20 pages of reading (almost never sleep without reading a few pages first).
Favorite "junk food"?
chocolate covered marshmallows. They come out in abundance around Halloween and I stockpiled them. Then they made them for Christmas...then Valentines Day and Easter. I can live with a summer hiatus, I just binge on icecream.

In general no as there isn't much difference between summer and winter in the UK.
