I meant EQUITY. there is a difference, obviously... and I think that equality does not exist anywhere, and that as such equity should exists so as to level the playing field, so to speak. Make opportunities available to all. Fair access.

that's a tough one, Bien... it is a complex job. I would defend it to the best of my abilities with soft power tactics, a strong (but not necessarily enormous) military, without unilateral actions and preemptive strikes and without impeding citizens' privacy...

As far as the Equity...I understand. I've only ever heard it as in having equity in your home, but I can see the application. Fairness is hard to achieve, since it is subjective in the details...and corruption is far too easy. People often make decisions that benefit their own interests.
