that was both funny and irritating at the same time tailor! kinda like a kazoo, or Alvin and the chipmunks.
let me take you home tonight by boston.
Boston :)
Tonight, Tonight - Smashing Pumpkins
I remembered you liked boston.
tonight from the west side story soundtrack
I read the lyrics as a poem and didn't get the full impact that the song gives. The lyric "With suns and moons all over the place" might have been better thought out.
But Not Tonight - Depeche Mode
I sometimes wonder how song lyrics would hold up on their own in a poetry book.
you can look (but you better not touch) by bruce Springsteen
otherworldliness
perhaps the poetry of song would hold
its own if one were to first to peruse its
lyrics, then pause to reflect - for adding
the extra dimensionality of music tends
to free the verse into otherworldliness
1/30/2024 - tailor
Perhaps he antithesis of Bruce's song... (lol)
Touch-A-Touch-A-Touch-A-Touch Me - by various/ Song by Richard O'Brien (featured in Rocky Horror Picture Show)
that's pretty nifty tailor.
and it turns out after a quick perusal, lots of websites talking about that very thing.
ive never seen all of rocky horror----I probably should someday.
hah---
do you wanna touch me (yeah) by joan jett and the blackhearts
"Do you wanna dance?" byyyyyyyyyyyy the Beatles?
the beatles did lots of cover songs in their early years danik but I don't think they did that one, so your question mark is a good one. smiles...
you might be thinking of the beach boys.
lord of the dance by the irish rovers
Presence Of The Lord - Blind Faith
divine presence by iona
Divine Wind - Blue Öyster Cult:
"... I've always thought aliens are the only answer, though if they're anything like us they won't necessarily be benevolent." - Buck Dharma
last year I read a collection of stories that rod serling bought and turned into twilight zone episodes. I recently watched one of those with "benevolent" aliens. I wonder if you know it? the episode title is to serve man.
dust in the wind---I love the original Kansas version, but the live cover by sarah Brightman is fantastic
yep, lol. I'm more a "Childhood's End" optimist; written in my birth year it never came to fruition... so many hours playing on the beach gone to waste.

Metal & Dust - London Grammar
