What do your recommend that I read next: The Count of Monte Cristo , which might take me the rest of the summer (I'm a slow reader with many time commitments) or a comic book (which would take a day or so)?
My guess is that when summer ends you'll have plenty of time at work to sit and read comics, right? Go ahead and read The Count of Monte Cristo - it's a great read! This is funny because it's opposite for me - in summer I have to catch up on my comics because during school I'm busy pouring over the classics and essays ... I say, since you're a workin' dude, save your pleasure reads for when you're gonna need them. <3 Comics though.

Cooking. That's the reason I don't really like to cook--the cleaning up part.

Oh no! My manly image will be pinked a little when I say this, but. . . . "vacuum the house". I really like to vacuum, honestly.

open windowns. I don't like AC... plus it wastes a lot of energy. And in fact, I kind of enjoy being hot.

It's funny, but I like both. There's something strong and hardy about being out in the freezing cold, numbing my face, my visible breath, that I really enjoy. I sometimes go for walks at night in -20 (f) just to listen to the stillness. Likewise, I like the hot weather too -- I even work outside mid-day just to enjoy heat of physical labor on a hot summer day.
