What IS the cure fore shin-splints?? :flare:

To kiz_paws: As an inveterate hiker, I know shin-splints well. One way they occur is when you walk on soft trail for a few hours (or days) and then walk on blacktop or concrete. That will really give you a painfull case. The only cure I ever found was "feet up" for a day. quasi
