Straight up. You don't get the most flavor, smoothness, or personality out of a fine liquor by watering it down! You wouldn't water down a glass of wine, would you? You wouldn't water down a beer, would you? Never, ever, ever pour whiskey or Southern Comfort or brandy or rum over ice cubes. Do as Bond does. If you want it cold, drink it shaken, not stirred.
Education or experience?
As someone with no formal education; I choose EDUCATION.
