People ask me all the time if my eyebrow piercing hurts. If it hurt would I be walking around with it?????
well, honestly the piercing itself was a breeze, sort of like if you took really long fingernails and pinched your tongue as hard as you can (doesnt actually hurt as much as it sounds like it would)
however...that said, today it is crazy sore...like someone punched me in the tongue. so, i think i will talk very little today...and just suck on some ice. i dumped some oatmeal down my throat today, literally...a little bit on a spoon, head back, mouth wide open...scrape oatmeal off spoon, hope it drops into throat (if not, push it there with finger)...nummy
and to answer your question...yes, worth it. i cant wait to see my boyfriends face when he sees it. will make it all worth while (hes on a training course, in Ontario for a month.)

What if he doesn't like it VBM? Do y'know what..it makes me cringe!!! (sorry) Not a fan of piercings I'm afraid, though I don't mind ears - though I maybe should cos the concepts no different. Ohhhhh I couldn't stand that thing in my mouth though. Doesn't it irritate you? It would drive me crazy - but then maybe I already am!

Done last exam today, I don't know why my endless breathless self-confident talking after every question (Paradise Lost, Frankenstein, Tom Jones) wasn't appreciate enough to get the best mark, but I'm used to my unluck. Good anyway.

poor papaya...i think that if you are skilled at what you do, then the hiring process should be more hinged upon that, rather than if you have body art that is not technically "mainstream". the thing is, piercings are becoming more and more common, to the point of almost being a cultural thing, and piercings have been accepted in various cultures without shame or punishment for centuries. i suppose that its our stiff conservative 'business' ideals that hold back progress in the area of self expression, but...still..
