btw hello rosie:wave:
Well, my name is Sydney Faulkner, I'm 17, and yes... I am related to William Faulkner. He was my dad's third cousin. Anyway, I love music (composing and listening), writing poety and song lyrics, learning new instruments, reading, studying Parapsychology, annoying my enemies to the best of my abilities, and independent film/documentary making. I live in the Bumpkin Part of Tennessee (like there's really any other part...), and I enjoy spending time with my friends.
Welcome Sydney. Wow a realtive of the great man. Any similar features? BTW, we will be reading one of his novels in the month of April, for the Book Forum. Hopefully it will be The Sound and the Fury. Any chance you might join us in reading along?
And Tennesee, btw, is a lovely state, vastly different at one end to the other. And besides, it has Nashville.
All these IBers, I did Chem and Bio IB in HS, It was neat, alot o' the students were arses.
no kidding, Alot o IBers are slobs...me house is a complete disaster...could also be I'm just lazy. :DQuote:

Poets, writers, artists, and all members of this forum share something treasured in my heart, and it's the creative spirit which allows a greater perception of one's own passion and empathy. To this, and to the individuality, unrepeatable for eternity, I offer an embrace to each and all.
I hope there is something I may be able to offer as time goes by.

Joleena, Welcome to the forum. I hope that you will like it a lot here.
Hello... I am Jones and I am new here. I'm studying acting in Edinburgh, where we've already performed 'Love's Labour's Lost' and 'Under Milk Wood.' I'm a Shakespeare fiend, and I've been reading obsessively since I was tiny - I'd love to be able to write a really decent book, but have a very short attention span (bloody actress) and I never seem to be able to finish one! Some of my dream roles are Viola, Beatrice and Rosaline (already played her, but want to professionally), Jo March, Sheila (from Joe Egg) and Alison (Look Back In Anger). Just wanted to say hi to you all, and hope you're all ok!
Bye xx
