Hey if this is true dafydd manton, pass some over this way.:smile5:
canoeing -- 1 hour. My bow-woman was three years old, so I did a little more work than usual.
I went for a walk early in the morning and fetched pockets of skimmed milk, ran to a temple in the middle of a forest, hook myself to the surrounding with monkeys and dears. I got stuck there dumfounded at the beauty of the big trees outliving several generations of men and returned home afresh to write a poem on them
don't have a car
Tai chi.
And, come to think of it, sauna might be good for health (certainly is for hygiene) but that's not quite the reason I went there.
ran four miles
bicycle ride
Is hunting mosquitoes a sport? Then I have done much for my health tonight.
I am on vacation, so now I have the time for a longer (at least one hour) bike ride each day. I do this early, and usually get back home before my wife and daughter wakes up.

I do very little to stay fit, mostly control what i eat. I dislike walking or other forms of being athletic...
I heard the news on television and they didn't mention the location of fire, I know where your city is I have been to Thessaloniki, I love Greece.
:)
I have been to Hungary years ago, to Budapest. The city looked very dark in the winter, something which appealed to my younger self (i must have been 15 at the time, now i am 31)
Today, I plan on running a few miles, swimming around 50 laps, playing basketball with my girlfriend, and exercising my fingers in CALL OF DUTY ONLINE! Yee yee!
I drank a bottle of wine today. :D
I am not sure, but it definitely
will not include donut avoidance.
Today I walked up to the fridge, pulled out 4 slices of Fat Filled; Starch Filled, pieces of bread... I toasted them. Drowned them in the Fattiest margarine on the market today. Had 4 cups of coffee and it's most likely my diet has been shot!!! But I did walk to the fridge... Come on it's something.
water aerobics
I haven't done anything today. I'll be going for a run tomorrow though.
How was your fun? How long did it take and how long was the distance? How often do you run?
Not bad for the start: breathe in - breathe out, then stretch your arms up and continue warming up.

I raced up and down a beach, and up and down and up and down... it was exhausting. Then I wandered in the woods and found a bird's nest.
bike ride
I busted the front gear mechanism of my new bike this morning, and used the remaining gears to get it to the dealer for repairs. (No worries. The bike is but a few months old and the dealer will replace the stuff i broke for free as it was a manufacturing fault: It popped a couple of rivets). As a result I had to take the bus home, and I guess I'll be riding the spare bike for a couple of days... But I got my workout.

Great bike Claes! I'm not that familiar with mountain bikes, but your bike looks very well built and sturdy. You are putting too much strain on it slugging your way through the wetlends to get to the McDonald's! (Yeah, I saw your pics on the photo thread).
For me..., well I had my run on Thursday afternoon, so that means I am supposed to run this evening. The problem is, I hear a trio of Stouts serenading me from the fridge.

Still no smoking  I think it is like three weeks now and I couldn't be happier about it. Even better, it is no smoking and I'm not taking my little pills (I only made it a week and a half or so on Chantix), so yep all me regardless of everything else going on.
Have a thousand green smartie points. Giving up smoking is the most difficult thing I've ever done, so I can take a guess what you're going through. Keep going, take each day at a time.
On making three months a GOLD smartie point will be awarded! Stick with it.
