I found this one surprising to read because my sister's name is also Phoebe. In all honesty the relationship outlined in the story here seems like an unnatural one for siblings. I can relate that you might miss your siblings quite a lot if your family ties are strong, but to the extremity in this story seems somewhat unsettling. The writing and language is alright. I would say this one is professionally written but I wouldn't want to explore this relationship much further in a longer story. My only question is "Why are her feelings so strong for her brother?"
