This version requires little concentration, as the meditation takes the form of positive statements said aloud. The philosopher Jung was into I Ching, if I recall correctly. My sixth sense is tied to my aura very strongly, but I understand what you mean by "empathy". Not that I see ghosts as a usual thing, I can usually explain what is going on. It's the 10% I can't explain that lead me to start this topic. :)
