Haha. Thank you, Max.
Mystyry, that's one of my favorite ones yet!

Mystyry,
Whoa! Splendid!
I ran into a curious mutation called Fishmiley. It seems the mutation came as a surprise, judging by the expression in the poor creature's face, which made me think it would feel a tad better in a fishbowl. I'm interested in knowing if it looks real enough, especially the bubbles and water environment. I intended the fishbowl as one made of light blue glass:
Thankyou Varenne :)
Thankyou Sancho :)
Thankyou Max :)
Ultimately the spheres will become half cylinders or elongated blocks all locked together the grass a city and the hill perhaps mountains. When I get time. Cool sky though, huh?
Mutated fish in light blue fish bowl good, but I think the fish needs to preserve its original colour (sorry if I seem to be critical lately, just aspects of my life are causing me to be). Can you take the cut out original and place it over the one in the bowl (after you copy the two slightly obscuring bubbles) possibly. Also the table: meh - a mantelpiece with objects on it though... :)
The sky looks unique :)
And thanks for the review. I suspected I was having a problem with the colors. My eyes sometimes have a little problem telling light colors from one another. Surely that's why I didn't notice it before http://smiles.kolobok.us/standart/sc...one-s_head.gif
Thankyou Max :)
Here's some Christmas lollys for everyone

Beautiful lollyscape!
Thanks Max :)
This is the real moon (with its colours enhanced - Yes! The Moon is actually naturally colourful!) and a few stars and planets thrown in for good measure

A masterpiece nightscape!
I hope I can come up with a similar moon some day not too far http://smiles.kolobok.us/standart/sc...one-s_head.gif
I did this tiny animation and I'm wondering if the puffs of smoke look real enough, or if it would be better to turn them into a thin wisp:
Thanks Max. I didn't realise you'd responded and then contributed
This is what a steampunk firecracker display would look like if there were such a thing (if too untraditional just consider them Visitors)
http://i1134.photobucket.com/albums/...styry/fire.jpg
First time in my life I see a steampunk firecracker display! Here's what I do when I see something new: http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs70/f/20...by_ahtibat.gif http://smiles.kolobok.us/standart/clapping.gif
:p
And since I wasn't pleased with the smoke coming out of the chimney, I finally decided to turn the puffs into a wisp. I did it thrice till I came up with a wisp I found convincing. Snowy scene reposted:
Thanks Maz.
And yes, I do believe the thin wisp looks much improved!
Thanks Mystyr!
I have a doubt about the realism of the following picture I made, particularly the wooden block adrift in the ocean... not really sure about the aspect of the waves against the wood. I tried to make a piece of wood partially touched by the waves in its upper side:
It looks like it could do with some more misty clouds over to the higher peak and obscurit a bit. The water looks cool, but I'm with you on the wood, looks a bit cardboardy . Perhaps if you reduced the white highlights, bringing it forward by darkening possibly, or changing the angle, or both?
I downloaded a hot air balloon model - I'll post soon.
Thanks for the analysis Mystyr. I'll see what I can do. And I'll be checking for that balloon.
No worries Max.
Bloons:

That's really cute!
The colorful balloons remind me of a colorful lollipop I was once given by my grammar teacher as a reward for a correctly answered question... she has that habit towards good students :p
Just by pure chance I stumbled upon a tutorial on how to draw a snowman on Paint.Net and it reminded me of that Mr. Frosty animation I did not long ago. I think I may try to redo it, this time with a Mr. Frosty out of my own anvil :)

Nice outcome Kyriakos!
I have been lazy lately, and just tried to turn a static bear saying "welcome" into a humble animation (just for the sake of doing something though not really elaborate):
Thank you :) Nice bear animation..
Here are some ancient Greek and Byzantine miniatures:

Actually that's pretty cool Max :)
Interesting Kyriakos. There's so much detail crammed into them they look astonishingly time consuming (I'll never ask how you do it because I might be tempted to try it myself)
I've been playing around with flying things, from the balloons through fantasy zeppelins, birds, bats, dragons etc, and the latest is ornithopters.

Now I start going underwater...
Thanks :) Well they have some detail, but really just enough so as to look good at this small scale. I rarely model anything to present it in a more visible scale, so my models are not professional in that respect.
These take anywhere up to 3 hours to make, for each set.
Ah right. I got Sculptris from the Zbrush website, which is somewhere between a light version and a completely different version - I understand the time one can spend on modelling, though perhaps because of that I haven't used it much.
Here's some deepsea diving:

Fishies! Very nice water effects. :)
it's been a while so, with no further burrito pies:

Wow, there's some very real talent here :) I love looking at other people's work, please keep it coming! I'm too flighty to settle on anything, but the last year or two I've discovered that watercolours can actually work for me...

The last one was an acrylic/mixed media thing (Bits of gauze sticking out all over the place) that I started about four years ago, and still haven't finished. To do me justice, it's a HUGE canvas, and I spend most of my life working :P
I love your bear, Max. So cute.
Plexus, those are fantastic. I especially like your alien girl with the dandelion, and the first one in gold tones. That one looks so textured and rich. Nicely done.
Excellent drawings Lunar :)
That's beautiful Lunar! You seem to draw your inspiration from where I got my username. :)
Thanks so much for the kind words :)
Neat song with melancholic lyrics and back pic. I like it.
Thanks tony!
You really have a touch for art. It comes out of you naturally. Hoping you'll keep doing it!
Thanks, Var, I love him too! :p
~ Some humble new creations ~
I created the following out of applying a polar inversion with certain settings to a certain basic shape, which rendered the face and ears. Eyes and mouth were out of the application of math-formula-based effects:
Remember the frightened yellow fella?:
I decided to give his fright a wider context:
Thanks! :)
That frightened yellow fellow is sooo lovely and I like the background even better.
The first one is koala face I suppose? I like the rippling effect and solid round eyeballs.
