La Mala Educacion. fun to watch but a bit too much of those... you know. plus that scene in the cinema was below the belt. figuratively, lol. bernal is a great actor.

Regarding soderberg..i remember liking "traffic"..the film about kafka was atmospheric but i didn't like it much..i really didn't like the ocean's 11, 12 and 13 (really not my cup of tea)..erin brockowits was nice..

I enjoyed Traffic, just nothing special. The premise for Sex, Lies & Videotape was promising but I just think he tends to ruin good ideas.

Kabluey 7.5 out of 10... interesting look into Suburbia and loneliness, amongst other things.

Also, just saw Rocknrolla... I would rate it as an 8 or so. Definitely no SNATCH, but I love Guy Ritchie all the same. There were not that many great lines in this one, but there was some depth to it. The Johnny Quid character was terrific!

my favorite movie is "Room with a View". The actors (Helena Bonham-Carter, Julian Sands, Maggie Smith, Judy Dench and Daniel Day Lewis.
It is delightfully comic and it plays in Florence and the English countryside.

Hi kathy, I see you are new here so welcome to the forum! I also love this film emensely. I love the book as well; the book actually makes me laugh out loud. It is about time for me to see the movie again. I watch it from time to time since I happen to own a copy. All the actors are suberb. You left one out - the young brother played by Rupert Graves. He also played a soldier in "Fortunes of War" - the BBC miniseries and I believe he was in another of novel adaptation - "Maurice". He is awfully cute and had been in a number of really good productions and films. Anyway, you worded that last line accurately - "delightfully comic". I fully agree. I love the part when the men go bathing in the wooded pond. I could not stop laughing.:lol:

I also very much like Vicky Cristina. Cruz, I think, was really brilliant in this movie.:thumbs_up
