Anybody here? I feel alone at home and my msn decided to crash today. Sad times.
I am here
I'm here.
:D
It is the school holidays at the moment, so things are on a temporary halt.
I don't know what will come of the hugging dilemma. I personally think that we'll continue hugging, seeing as half of the teachers think the new rule is ridiculous.
I think we'll benefit from the area of corruption.
I think the sort of hugging the school is concerned about will slow down a little, or at least be a little less public so there won't be any cause for concern.
Either that, or it will all end in a horrible uprising.
At the moment, they are more concerned with personal digital devices and the fact that we are now transitioning into winter school uniform.
The winter uniform annoys people more, everything have to be tucked in and we have to wear ties. I personally like it, but I doubt everybody else does.
In fact in our schools here in Nepal no teachers can stand the scene where both boys and girls hug or kiss. It is not permitted here. When I was a school teacher and I saw a few boys and girls hugging and kissing in the cafeteria and I did not mind them despite the fact that I grew up in a very strict background. I feel it is the freedom of the students to do anything if it does not injure the school authority. The issue raised by you interests me a lot and I love discussing the issue with you
Oh yea.
Well, we are at least being nice to each other, that is probably why the teachers have tolerated it up until now. Usually, the teachers would have only bothered if we were hurting each other.
In primary school they were as strict as you describe.
Only now the things we see on TV and the freedom we have there isn't much they can do.
I'm not very cuddly. Well, to some of my female friends when they're upset, otherwise I'm not. It just isn't really the way I've been brought up. I suppose it is what some other kids are used to, so it is apparently normal, to them.
Most of the time we don't mean anything by it.
Must log off, having dinner.
Talk some other time. :D
Yes it is exactly that, the way we one has been brought up. I was brought up in a very strict Brahmanic background where there were too many dos and don'ts. I followed them when I was small. I was not exposed to the world now I am. Even moving together with girls was taken with concern by the elders. Now I watch TV and soap operas and understand what is in the air. I often take classes and see the way the new generation hold close and kiss I feel it is so normal and the spur of the moment. Since you are in that situation and sharing your view is really thrilling. But in most of our styled schools the teachers look at the scene with their wide eyes and scorn
Is there no one?
I'm here blaze... But you have gone...
