Ah, but elegance really is a very, very relative thing so it is extremely hard to say if the ideal mark as such has elegance or not.
In our opinion, elegance also means that there is also a deep meaning to the mark.

tears don't work like your avatar... they come out towards your nose. Movie tears, the ones they squirt in with an eyedropper, they come out that side... unless you are facing the sky or something...but then they don't go down your cheek, but towards your ear.

I have no idea what people are saying most of the time Sub. Your mark is bluish, in the hue of turquois, which I'm sure some colour expert could correctly identify as being amix of colous one such colour being that of blue. As the the size of your mark, what can't you do better than that?
