I mean, I've done the deed in a public place.....out- of-doors, in a car, some others I won't mention, but never in a church, or the middle of a traffic circle at rush hour..........and never while skydiving.......

It depends on who I must tell - one of my own family members/friends, or someone else. In my second term of nursing school, I lost a patient (on "comfort measures" anyway), and had to tell the family, which probably made me age 5 years in 5 five minutes. If I had to tell one of my own family members or friends, oddly, I would feel more comfortable, but probably more heart-broken.
