The PAM often wears nothing but her favorite "dog collar".

To judge by his atvar, a dog collar would make the PAM "overdressed"...

The PAM eschews the collar and just wears the dog. (I don't even want to think about what kind of fasteners that requires!)

I think the dog will suit the PAM better.
