I think so, also. I considered watching The Bat, but after our Vampire conversation, I didn't really feel like it...;)

I think so, also. I considered watching The Bat, but after our Vampire conversation, I didn't really feel like it...;)
but now I've been distracted and its kind of late to start a movie..
sorry! :(
Don't appologize! :)
okay, but I can't make any promises for the future haha :D I am going to start watching "a shot in the dark" soon lol... I just don't want to wait until tomorrow now lol..
haha it already is tomorrow!
:D oh yeah.. I try not to start each "day" until I wake up after sleeping.. lol.. assuming I sleep lol..
Yeah, I guess that makes sense;)
or does it?? hha :p
Hey now, this isn't the thread we took over in the name of confusion! Let's stick to the point here...
So. Film..It's great stuff.
hahah.. yes film is great stuff. hey if you want a cool old black and white creepy film.. watch "Nosferatu" sometime.. it is a silent horror film from the early twenties... so awesome but so creepy.. I can't even watch modern horrors.. they are too gory and gross for me.. I hate it... but the old ones before people decided that graphic violence was entertaining.. well them, I love...
Haha depends on the gore. Like I really do love James Bond movies. And the Hannibal movies, but I really don't think of them as gory because I've seen them so many times. But old horror movies are soo much better. Ill definitely check it out. I have an ever-growing list of old silents that I want to see. Top of the List is La Belle et La Bete by Jean Cocteau. I saw clips in a class I took last year, but I can't seem to get my hands on the whole thing.:(
Oooohh I have a bunch of good ones.. but I have not seen that one.. what's it about?
My favourites are "the cabinet of dr caligari", "Faust", "Metropolis", "The Battleship potemkin", "Intolerance", "The Phantom of the Opera", and "Nosferatu"... so good..
I don't have any problem with the James Bond movies.. I quite enjoy them.. I was more suggesting horrors along the lines of The "Saw" series.. just gross and disturbing violence and gore that really serves no purpose in my opinion.. it is just icky.. haha..
Yeah, those really are just plain bad.
It's a really old French version of Beauty and the Beast. It does AMAZING things with lighting, considering it's black and white.
