No drugs for me. Heck, I'm a wuss about taking plain medicine. Flu shots terrify me! I got one earlier today. The rotten thing about growing up is, you don't get cartoon bandaids after shots. What's with that?

I refuse to see why you can't just buy yourself cartoon band-aids and dinosaur tater tots in your adult years. In fact, adults have the advantage of being able to purchase dinosaur tater tots and eat them every night of the week if they so desire. Of course, you may be considered socially odd but that's another issue... Recess after lunch might be harder to arrange unless you're the boss at your office.

I've looked for dinosaur tater tots but cannot find them. Just the regular kind, which I do eat, to my everlasting shame. I think my elementary school cafeteria made them that way themselves.

Ha, maybe the office boss could look into getting monkeybars, hmm?:p

Hm... when I was 12 I only drank because of my father's 50th nirthday.. and just a shot... but then I'd down a bottle of red wine.. soon, I'd be downing gin.. then scotch... sometimes when I can't sleep I drink a glass of red wine just to soothe the stomach... and I never get drunk and red wine is proven to actually be good for your red blood cells.... However I must confess that during gimmicks I tend to lose my mind and start challenging men to drinking contests... I've won most of them.. other times I stop coz the guy gets um.. icky and lewd... oh well...

As for drugs? Never did any of 'em... I'm not stupid.. And as for cigarettes? I detest them... Hopefully I never be a smoker...

Shini - That's only one drink of red wine per day is good for you. You sound like you over do it.

Hmmm...a bottle of red wine is about 4 glasses, so downing a bottle ever 4 days should be okay right? (just kidding! :p) Actually, it's also been proven that drinking one glass of red wine per day does nothing for your health that eating the right amounts of fruits and veggies couldn't do.

well, i doubt just one glass could hurt anything even so. i only used to drink of the Sabbath, and since i went aetheist not even that. though i still like wine, and sometimes steal my parents' :D

But after the day iv had......im game! But rather than tainting this thread il go and get drunk at the boys thread. I know girls, no need to warn me, not a wise decision at all. Dear me, have I opened Pandora's box around here? I certainly don't want to tempt anyone to get terribly drunk on those lovely cocktails I introduced earlier on the thread. My personal style is the occassional fun drink at a party. I've only been drunk once in my life (which I think was partly the fault of the guy who told me a Long Island Icetea is a mild drink--don't buy that one girls) and never again. But here's our Opti heading off to hedonism on the boys' thread! So I propose we move on to another type of potential overindulgence. We've had a few cookies, but I think it's time to get into some serious chocolate discussion. Grab, your coffee, your fruitpunch or your (one) cocktail, and dig in:

Wait! You mean grown-ups aren't supposed to be able to watch cartoons and read Redwall. :bawling: Next you'll be telling me I can't read The Wizard of Oz and have pudding cups either.
