Sometimes I do (though at nights I try to have decaf or mint tea) and it rarely affects my sleep.

I really wish I were more organised! I like to think it's a charming character trait, and I don't mind mess, but forgetting deadlines, work shifts, group meetings etc. has got to stop! Working on fixing it.
