VERY short right.
Haven't tried the Taco Doritos... stick to rufffled BBQ potato chips :)
No mini golf dates, sadly.
An Uncle of mine was a keeper at the zoo in Seattle for the great apes, one made famous outside Seattle by Bill Cosby in his early years... https://kuow.org/stories/celebrating...amous-primate/ I see your point about zoos... quite a mixed bag of issues.
re: phone: Only one... it starts with 2-letters like in the old days. Oh, wait, also one with 'dogs' in it... that's 2.
How many blue colored cars have you owned ?

who makes your ruffled bbq chips tailor?
small coincidences---I bought a bill cosby book today and I used to have that album referenced in the story. now I have a digital copy of it.
I remember the letters yes---my first phone number memory was FR2...
one blue colored car, a 1988 volvo wagon, alas the body rusted thanks to the North's prodigious use of salt in the winter time. will try to attach a photo of it just for fun and nostalgia...although, my mother let me borrow her chevy S10 for an extended period of time, and that was blue...so maybe sorta kinda two.
how many blue flowers can you name?
-
... digging through the trash... must have tossed it... found Ruffles Cheddar chips... googling... must be the Ruffles Ultimate Sweet Smokin' BBQ chips... but I'm thinkin' it was a knockoff by our local Mar-Val grocery
Cool Volvo :)
Bluebells... Cornflower... Periwinkle... Nile Lily... just off the top of my head without straining... (4)
How many hats do you wear on occasion ?
-
"ruffles" are frito lay aren't they?
thank you, sometimes I miss it and am bummed it rusted out. i sometimes think of looking for another old one like that, but its not practical where i live. although i suppose i could just use it in the summer months. nys dmv make such things cost prohibitive though.
ah you missed the ironically, or aptly named "forget-me-not!" i have lots of those in my yard.
three in general, of which there are multiple choices. one winter outside hat (that i also wear inside when its cold outside), one winter sleeping hat type thing, and an occasional summer cap depending on the weather.
on a sort of rotating use basis, maybe 3-4 in the first category, 3-4 in the second, and 2-3 in the last (even though i have lots more in each)….so one answer is 3, another answer is 8-11.
i think i asked this one before tailor, or something very much like it---in terms of a favorite movie you've seen more than once, whats the highest number of any particular movie viewings?
-
googled: wikipedia: Ruffles; Product type Potato chips; Owner PepsiCo; Produced by Frito-Lay
blue: ah, forgot... mostly periwinkles here.
most viewings ? hmmm... prolly The Day the Earth Stood Still... watch it every chance I can... 40+ ??
How many bowls of cereal have you eaten this week ?
-
i'll have to give that a viewing tailor so I can allude to it every once in awhile.
cereal used to be a staple for breakfast but for many years now I just do toast and tea. i'll have cereal sometimes for snacks, lunch or dinner---this week, maybe only 1 so far. I have about 20 boxes to work through, im a great clearance shelf shopper at big lots!
how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop??
-
Dang... just accomplished that a couple of months ago and wasn't counting; googling: Mathematicians at New York University says up to 1000 via a model/formula of some sort (which is way too high for my tastes :) ) but tootsie.com would prolly be the definitive source sourcing other studies with all reliable data being 148 - 252 licks by humans (there is a variance among sexes! and tootsie pop colors!), and with mechanical lickers being less efficient at 364 - 411 licks; see best data at... https://tootsie.com/core/files/toots...University.pdf
How many times have you visited Niagara Falls ? (me=0)
-
heck tailor I thought for sure you'd go with the old wise cartoon commercial owl, and say "three!"
I cant say for sure, but at least 2. its been a longggggggggggggg time though since my last visit.
if you ever get the chance tailor, both sides are great, but the Canadian side of the falls are a bit extra impressive.
how many sequels would you like to see made from movies you've enjoyed but that don't have any yet?
-
I'd like to see a complete remake of "Battlefield Earth"... Sequels?... most already have sequels... "The Time Machine".... "Citizen Kane"... "Wizard of Oz"... "Legend"... "Galaxy Quest"... that's all that I can think of off the top of my head.
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood ?
-
what would go on in your wizard of oz sequel?
I never found that to be the tongue twister its supposed to be, that is, ive always been able to say it really fast without mucking it up.
the old standby "toy boat" is a good one. and when I was a kid I "invented" "block box." try those three times fast.
lets see----all the woodland creatures are industrious little fellows but first, whats our operating definition of the word "chuck?"
how many kinds of ducks can you typically see in your neck of the woods (water)?
-
Oz - I've read Baum's stories over and over as late as a year or two ago. There are many that I would like to see produced in the same vein.
Block box is kind'a easy... reminds me of the SNL goreismicomical "Lock Box".
re: "chuck?" - perhaps karate chopping rounds into split wood and kindling à la Chuck Norris ? Splitting wood and kindling is very important in my neck of the woods.
Ducks - Nary a one recently... used to be a number of ducks (dozen+?) in the duck pond 1-mile up the road... but the owners, dear friends of mine, passed away... we took one of our grandsons there and had a picnic once when he was younger, and my father-in-law donated two rare white miniature ducks to them once that unfortunately disappeared after a short time. The pond is just on the side of our road and has a bridge that traverses it whereupon a large billy goat used to take naps. Mostly Canada Geese here nowadays, even in our two small ponds, though I do have a vague recollection of a duck or two, as well as turtles, in them years ago for a short time. Love to hear the Canada Geese trumpeting in flight throughout the day.
Same question ?
-
oh, I had forgotten about all the oz books, and I have many, if not all of them too. I just finished the western I was reading, started another last night that's small and im really enjoying so that's gonna go quick. the way im thinking now, i'll go check out my oz books next.
easy? three times fast easy?? how about the reverse? box block?
makes you wonder, since wood chucks don't "chuck wood" where on earth the name came from?
three kinds of wild ducks---mallards frequently in my pond, and sometimes on the nearby creeks and rivers. mergansers rarely on my pond, but more frequently in the creeks and rivers. and the oddly named black duck (because they aren't black!) on the nearby lake.
and then probably 3-4 different kinds of domestic ducks that people keep for their eggs.
so 6-7.
when I watch movies that require underwater breath holding for survival, I always pay attention to the time to see if I could survive in those same circumstances. how many seconds can you hold your breath underwater?
-
ducks :)
breath - not very long... maybe 2-minutes before I burst. I've heard of ama (1-degree of separation to James Bond) that exceed that time exceptionally.
How many James Bond books have you not read ?
-
two minutes is a really long time tailor. you are volunteered to make the initial dive to explore and set the lead rope for everyone else to follow!
ive read all the fleming ones (although I think there is a collection of short stories I haven't), some of the gardner and one of the deaver---but apart from fleming, I don't know how many others there are. id guess at least a half dozen or so?
I went to look at all my oz books. I have 7 total, and apparently there were 13. none of the ones I have had an order of publication listed in them, and I cant tell by the copyrights because they are all new versions without reference to the originals. do you know which book came right after the book that inspired the movie?
meanwhile, im going to read breakfast at tiffany's
we have all watched movies that has the same actor in it---how many times has a particular actor appeared the most in your movie watching?
-
The Marvelous Land of Oz... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Oz_books
Actor?... prolly James Hong: hundreds ?
How many Dr. Seuss book titles can you name quickly ?
