I have a mixed beleif on Nature vs. Nurture(sp?) I beleive that do to certain inherint geins in your body you will react a certain way to certain things, but the extremities of this can be manipulated by your past. So no I do not beleive a person is born evil, for if I beleived that I would have to beleive in predeterminizm and if I beleived that then there could be no evil because evil is a flaw in charactor and how can you be flawed if you have no choice?

Yes, if I didn't I would have found Ganhdi immoral or even Jesus, but since I find little immoralality done by either I am forced to govern myself by natural law.

Good question! I would say in 18th century Spain. Because of all the colonization going on. Especially the conquering of countries by Spain.
