Benito Mussolini, famous eccentric who thinks he can build Roman Empire again.
Don't even think that, if you would be able to shave a panda, that would mean you are in China. And if you'd try that in China, you would sentenced to death. Everyone knows pandas are more important than humans in China, because of population dnsity i think.
I didn't expect this kind of statement from such a nice girl like you, though i must admit you are right.
Well, I am dog sitting for him...I'm sure he wouldn't mind!
I had a monkey, a stuffed monkey, I named him Abu after the monkey in Aladdin, I decided to give him a haircut.:p
Ok, I understand better about this. I think people in general sometimes take their loved ones for granted....in the sense that there may be the tendency to not always take the time to say "thank you", or "I am glad you are here for me." Often social graces are left to the people folks work with or see out in the world, but it is equally as important to treat loved ones with just as much courtesy as "outsiders".
I have been reminding myself of that very thing, actually. My boyfriend helped me with a situation I had been struggling with and I made sure to let him know I appreciated his help....that sometimes I need help and I was very glad he was there for me.
Oh, man is that pizza I see? Mushroom pizza, I hope?
*drools* :D
That pizza was AWESOME. Let's say CALORIES GALORE but we all need :

(artificial sweeteners will never hurt me!) :p
Why don't you try ayran!? It's much healthier, if you want i can give you the recipe.
*OOOH* WHat's Ayran? *ear twitch*
A traditional drink here, completely healthy and delicious.
Just mix enough water with yoghurt (you can use half-fat yoghurt too) and out enough salt. That's all. Mix it really good. And it's perfect with especially meat foods or you can drink it plain. Much healthier than coke.
ooooh, I'll try it as soon as I get home. Have you tried Jamaica water? Is healthy, traditional and more importantly: IT HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT!
I've been drinking loads of Aloe water or whatever. It sounds interesting. I'll have to try it. Is it just regular yoghurt? as in plain?
Jamaica water?? What is it? my friends mom has been on a lemonade diet.
you mix fresh lemons with H2O, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. It helps you lose weight to.
Interesting...I will have to try that with some plain yogurt. All I have on hand right now is vanilla.
Oh, so yes...this is the guy thread. I thought I would post some pics in keeping with guy interests...:p

Just put 2-3 spoonful yoghurt into apot full of 2-3 liter milk (it should be boiled natural milk). Close the top of the pot (or saucepan). Wrap few clothes to keep the fermented milk warm enough. A day later it will be really good tasting yoghurt.
Turk's ayran sounds very similar to a drink I am more familiar with called a Lassi
It is a yoghurt based drink common to India/Pakistan & Indian Restaurants throughout the world. Comes as either sweet or salty.
Yeah, it's very old Turkish drink and Turks established and governed states and empires in India and Pakistan (there wasn't a place named Pakistan in past actually) so it's possible they have same drink. Though we don't make sweet ayran, that would be disgusting.
Interesting...now I want to add a drink! Horchata!
It's a Mexican drink.
Horchata! I've had some I'd just wish I know how to make it. The only drink I know how to make Is homemade beer and I can't have any for 7 more years...
Hurray for you! free beer! *and the envy grows* I prefer wine myself, and dark goblets.....
Horchata, it sounds cooler.:D
I sound weird if i say it, I tend to over-pronounce my Rs so It would soud something like "orrrrchsahtah"
INGREDIENTS
1 cup long grain rice...the white kind, not brown.
2 quarts water
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup white sugar
Pretty much you mix rice, H2O and cinnamon in a saucepan. Then you leave it alone, off of the stove for awhile, I'd say like 2-3 hrs. then you boil it and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Then you blend it and strain it. Let it get cool though, before you drink...oh, before you drink, put in sugar and vanilla(if you want), I just said 1/2 cup but it really depends on how sweet you want it. I don't really put that much.
Haha, thats funny. My brother can't roll his Rs at all. Its sad, but he can't speak spanish at all! But he grew up with english, whereas I grew up with spanish.
Many thanks!!! I do love making new things, althought by the way all my cooking seems to go I'll probably mess up and add like 3 cups of black pepper or something like that.
I like to drink something my dad invented and I named Tretonaia.
Spanish speakers just think I'm weird, since Cubans don't pronounce that much their Rs and Ss. While a normal cuban would say "rohses" really fast I would say "rouwhssssesss" and end with a hiss.
I can't help myself. But it really helps me with my Russian, I sound like a natural!!
AVOID BLACK PEPPER!!!!
for agua fresca(Fresh water) just pick a fruit and blend it with the following:
1 large cantaloupe or half a watermelon, seeded and diced (about 3 cups)
1 1/2 cups water
2 to 4 tablespoons sugar
2 to 3 limes, juiced
***I put in a fruit already.
it's too late, I make super spicy food!!!
