Beach, preferably a deserted one. I don't go to the beach for the people, I go for solitude. Cape Hatteras National Seashore at the times I usually go can have miles of beach and hidden coves where whomever you take with you is the only ones there. Get out on the beach at night and catch crabs using a flashlight and hot-dog tongs for steaming over a driftwood fire, find stuff drifted in... that is The Graveyard of the Atlantic, so many sunken ships a map looks like someone shot it.. Fun city!

Well, with the cool million, I'd purchase a bookstore and thus have all the books I ever needed right there. :lol:

Then I'd purchase a lighthouse and use that as my get-away to do some serious writing. That is something that I can only dream of doing....

Probably very little, I'd still go to the library. No need to own more books. in fact I think I have too many already and have decreed that I can't buy anymore new books until I read and get rid of some of the ones I already own.

If I won a million dollars (after taxes) I would buy my mother a house for 350k, myself a house for 350k and then by for uni for me and my two sisters. And if there is money left over put myself through grad school.
