Up to five. A lifelong insomniac, in my early thirties I went through a horrendous period in which I'd be up for several days straight before finally collapsing, only to have the cycle repeat itself.

If one more pair requires an additional suitcase and the accompanying delay at TSA, that's too many.

I think variety is the spice of life, but also, our wills should be able to overcome all sorts of adversity, including tuna salad challenges. so, ad infinitum (or ad nauseum?) would be my answer.

but that said tyrion--it should be relatively easy to swap out a tuna salad for something very equivalent.

oh, god, bounty, as a musician and lifelong music devotee, were I to start listing them we'd still be here when fresh cucumbers fermented into pickles.

laughs...nope, im a conservative leaning libertarian type...and dark side of the moon was during my high school days and it got plenty of play time, just sans pharmacopeia...

thankfully, I think zero to that question too....my time for dedicated reading is right before sleep so that, combined with a fair amount of physical activity and careful caffeine consumption, does a pretty good job of cueing my brain to sleep.
