While most agree on basic crime: murder, rape, assault and battery, theft, etc. There are so many levels with different punishments that the system breaks down. True Story: About three years back, four people lured my cousin Stevie to a remote house where they shot and killed him. Not one of the four even received a life sentence. This was for premeditated murder. One the other hand a spur of the moment, opportunity murder by an ex-con had an extra crime added to ensure him the death penalty. You cannot live with the law nor can society even exist without it. It's a dammed if you do and dammed if you don't lawyer fueled mess!
