I vote Foursquare! It's the unofficial-official sport of "my" college. There's actually a foursquare court painted on the asphalt in front of the dining hall, and one taped off inside the dining hall, for when the weather is bad.

Foursquare?? Is that something new?
Love the avatar Digital. It reminds me of a cartoon, the girl was having a dream that see had to write a report for history class and she was at the front of the class saying "Woodstock is that little yellow bird..." hehe
same Digital.
I absolutely LOVE woodstock. strangely enough my children could care less about him, they don't see the cool of him. but he is cool-way cool. whatever that means, if it is good then that is what he is.
quite a contrast from what you had-somehow suits you though.
and he'snot cloth and felt........thank you
M'Lord
i haveth a headache from all this muppetry, I shall retire to the sleeping chamber and try not to dream of test tubes and little bobbing heads, you know that sort of t hing.
perhaps when I awake I shall be able to laugh knowing this was all a horrible dreadful ightmare of kingly magnitude.

If it wasn't for Scher's comforting words I'd scream.
the trouble is dear Scher those little blighters come back out of the box daily now don't they.
oh robin thou has putteth me in one huge dilemma How could you , how could you?
Digital you don't happen to have any more woodstock suits do you. I could cry and wail and walk about muppetry because well I am rather devoted to M'Lord but I could wear woodstock against my heart-to keep happy and well sane.
Loathe the muppets poor poor rachel I think you need to be reprogramed.
How can you hate the muppets next youll say you dont like sesme street.
or worse the smurfs!
Yay! smurfs ! I vote we go for smurf avy's next.
Though personally I always prefered to watch them in arabic the names suited them better, and often they were just plain funnier.
:D
Oh dear it just acuered to me that you all know the smurfs in different names than i do.. how wierd.....
Actually it's probably like that in every other show that got translated! :goof:..
Opps..
So phonetically speeking what are smufs in whats the israli languge? hebrew? israili??
I know them as Sa-na-f-ir (circle) but run the f and ir together.
and tthe baddie was shurshabeel. Not suprising when langugly speeking the root of it would be Shur, evil, or shurany, evil person. so shursh babyiong Shur and then beel to make it sound like a name quite clever in fact, I wonder if we have any old videos lying about. who was your favourite smurf?
I liked Azriel (?) The cat.
I liked the one with the glasses, pretending to be the best, but always being wrong. Kinda like me, except I am always right :D ;)
Well the language is Hebrew.. and they are called.. Hmm lets see ...
"Gargamel" that's the evil guy..
and the smurfs are like
" Kundason " the one with the exploding presents..
" Ragzany " the one that's always angry...
" Yashnunoy" the one that always sleeps .. and so on...
My favorite is... the one with the exploding presents.. he's funny..
BTW how do you call them???
The grumpy one was my favourite.Always mumbeling I hate Sharshabeel, I hate cats, I hate big flying monsters that eat smurfs, I hate cake, I hate suprises, I hate goodbyes.
Just great !
:D
Smurf a Happy Tune
If you got a problem, if you're feeling lonely
everything is smurfing wrong
Try looking on the bright side, smurfing on the right side
troubles will all soon be gone
If you got a long face, don't be such a disgrace
faces shouldn't be so long
Try to smurf it better, forget the story weather
by whistling a happy song
I was thinking a few years back /i sawomthing on television where people p[ay to go into a room with a golf club and smash china and furniture, I thought it was called stress karaoke but google and nothing anyone here heard of it? or know what Im talking about??
I do that all the time, I never realized I had to pay for it, guess that explains the angry mobs that used to follow me around. :DQuote:

I'm genuinely sorry, rachel, but I must pay homage to my fellow nerd, Dr. Honeydew.
A list of the English Smurf names
And...
The Smurf Name Generator! Enter your first and last name and see what your smurf name should be.
sniff,
oh alright then. but I shall not be reprogrammed, Ishall not i shall not. I will sit in a tree in Sherwood all alone lamenting what was and what could have been.
I cannot bear the thought that next year we will go screaming out of the forest to fight the bad guys shouting" long live king Honeydew. egahd.
I feel so tired, so very tired. pass the stomach medicine please and hand me that huge fluffy pillow

About the smurfs. Handy was my favorite, he was the one always walking around with a ruler fixing things. Brainy was the suppossed smarty one, Jokey was the one with the exploding presents.
aright emily i tried "smurfing" myself...and they've given me the name Noxious Smurf :D
thank you Miss Darcy. I am beginning to calm down now.
Say you don't have season tickets to your symphony do you? Will you be playing any Mozart or Lizt this season? What about Vivaldi?
If so I can become a groupie, get away from all this felt and taking my big fluffy pillow and of course suitable evening attire follow you about, well of course I shall bring my children and we will while away the evenings floating about in a state of euphoric happiness.
just please don't let the conductor play the theme songs to : muppets, fragglerock, smurfs, sesame street.(i did love s.s but having taken care of little charges that lived breathed and such for that show I have had enough)
I think you look perfectly beautiful and elegant on your avy. svelte is the word I would use.
It could be worse, we could all have Barney avatars.Quote:

Baby Hasia does not like these, Rachel?
Actually little butterfly angel baby Hasia does not. For some strange reason she prefers adult movies. We stopped getting cable before she was born because honestly a lot of the commercials are gross never mind the shows. but we have about one hundred dvd movies that we carefully selected. many are childrens but she likes drama, sans the violence. who knows why but twelve angry men is one of her favorites. ever after another. the only children's movies she likes is caillou and she has a two foot doll of him that speaks in french and english. also she loves all the franklin the turtle stories and some Arthur. nothing more. I tried Barney once and she stared at him for a moment and then refused to watch him any longer but went to play.Quote:

Well... I don't really know how to explain "cool" lol... it's like the word "the" you don't really learn what "the" is... do you? well... anyhow... you simply learn it. Anyhow, yeah, in my opinion, Woodstock is indeed cool. I also noticed that it does kind of suit me. I have a woodstock picture if you're looking for one:Quote:

Where is a good therapist when you need one.
did any one see nine months or something like that and there is a scene where a guy dressed up in a suit(it was Barney only it wasn't called Barney) comes skate boarding along and gets beaten up.It wasn't funny really but I am starting to think dark thoughts so I'll just leave this thread before one of us is not around.
