Now it is almost to the point that I can drink nothing but water (again not too bad), but I am missing my morning cup of coffee or I regret it when I just drink it anyway I regret it. I can't eat fast food (Chipotle excluded), I can't eat fatty meats, and any sort of a processed food like TV dinners or instant noodles will cause me pain.
Any ideas what could be wrong, or maybe even better are there any ideas of a diet that I can eat to keep it from getting any worse? I don't really mind that I can't have fast food or that I need to eat lean protein. This is pretty much a normal diet for me since I prefer to eat healthy. I do mind that it is getting to where I am steadily dropping weight because of a lack of appetite. I don't know what could be causing it. I originally thought it was a preservative in the foods that I bought out or the volume of grease, but it just seems to keep getting worse.
I know some people have IBS and need to eat special diet for that to keep it controlled. I guess I'm hoping for something like that. I love food, and it is killing me that I can't hardly enjoy little things like a good steak dinner :(
