An Italian Starter.
Preheat oven to 425F
In a shallow baking dish, combine greek olives, chopped artichoke hearts, roasted bell peppers cut into thin strips, olive oil, crushed garlic, grated orange peel & 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme.
Bake for 20 minutes & let stand for 5 minutes
Stir in mozzarella cheese cubes & serve. Serve with fresh crusty bread to wipe up the juices & a chilled chablis.
