We think he is like an Elder God of Lovecraft creation - you know, the ones that look like you really stoned yourself and then started drawing a hippie cartoon.
All right, they all look so. But during the time we have spent here we have reached the conclusion that he lacks a constant normal/logical shape and form and is probably therefore a Lovecraftian god.
