I should wait until you set up your thread, Virgil, but in the meantime I can't help but say you really did a fantastic job with your story. You have obviously been through a similar experience, which in itself is important because it gives your story an air of authenticity. It's quite obvious that you didn't just dream it up - you had to have lived it.Quote:

Virgil, that was a wonderful story. I was torn between that one, Treasure in Heaven and Thirteen Stairs. Probably mostly between yours and Treasure in Heaven. There were so many good stories this time!

Too bad we don't know who you are, but congratulations to this month's winner. I look forward to reading all the winners at the end of the year. I did not vote for the winner, I voted for Virgil's story.
I'll admit that I'm the author of Father's Day. If I can figure out how to do it, I'll post it for commentary like Virgil did. I'm just happy I didn't get shut out.
