Shyness or social anxiety

What size pebble?

I'd rather endure medieval forms of torture than put up with pebbles in my shoe. I remember a few years ago I was to poor to buy new shoes and the pair I had to wear had a large hole through which pebbles would always enter. Drove me bonkers. Especially when you get a jagged one. Never again.

Focus on your hara and anxiety will be a non-issue.
