I have exams coming up, I'm exhausted from a 3 mile run yesterday, and, and, and...
I crunched a bit of my car last night (begins to whimper).
Stupid tow truck towing a stupid SUV and forcing me into a stupid cinderblock UGH! My poor car! (runs away and cries)

Two hours ago my neighbour came crying, feverish and shaking by fear, because her husband had been torturing her and she was trying desperately to escape from his sadism...and barbarism/ I do not want to mention what he usually does to her/
I think I may now allow myself to question how strong is my desire to be understanding and humanistic, to support the innate benevolence of man...But this was called an "affect" right, temporal insecurity in our noble fellow...that is not to last long
I guess this is the advantage of "affects"...- they remain harmless to the beliefs...
Rarely have I been more scornful of my own beliefs...
he he he.....the thing is I have been out of studies for a looong time, its different when you are in college, the environment is different, but when you start working it becomes difficult to gather all the focus and concentrate.Quote:

A trait I used to have. My mom hammered me on before I do house chores (not the same with studies! I have always been diligent. :)). And now my younger sis (not Toni) is taking over. I can't say the buck stops with me!
I try to see the good in people, and yet I still realize that although it is human nature to have a mixture of good and bad qualities, and some folks are just worse than others. Any type of abuse is not acceptable and the police are usually only a phone call away. Can you or your neighbor call them? I would not advise you to directly confront the husband yourself. I think a humane thing to do would be to be a friend to the injured woman, maybe assist her in finding some resources so she can get help, and really, really encourage her to take legal action against her husband. The longer that type a person thinks they can get away with hurting someone else, the worse the situation grows.Quote:

Getting seriously annoyed with rude people. No, Mr. neighbor, I don't want to listen to your absurdly loud music replete with loud thumping bass. When I am in my house I really don't care to listen to what other people do in their house.
