(googled it) APB is a three-letter acronym used in American law enforcement to mean All Points Bulletin - that is, a bulletin broadcast to all parties, often with information about a suspect who is to be detained.

A cruller is a type of doughnut. Usually, icing is placed on its top (i.e., chocolate). It is often twisted (rather than round) in shape, and unraised. The word comes from early 19th century Dutch kruller, from krullen "to curl".

Sorry. Cop talk. A.P.B.=all points bulletin. You know, like on old cop shows on tv when you hear the police dispatcher over the radio saying there's an APB on some bad guy doing some bad thing.
And crullers are those fancy, fluted donuts. A little bit of a "sissy" donut for most of the cops I know, but it was the best I could do for purposes of Haiku.
