Ogre or demon to do what? I guess if the objective were to terrify someone then I would choose to be a demon. But if you're asking whether I would want to simply exist as one or the other than I would say ogre, as demons are evil and ogres are simply ogres. simple is better than evil I would say, at least as far as I am concerned.
