Happiness adds and multiplies, as we divide it with others (or so the saying goes)

The secret to happiness is love and connection. The one thing that is keeping you from love and connection is your fear that maybe you’re not worthy of it. I’m here to tell you that you are, but you have to be willing to let go of what you think you need to be and be who you are. You are lonely because you are afraid to be vulnerable and show your real self and without that people will never get close to you and without that closeness, even in a crowded room surrounded by people you know, you will always be lonely.

So how have you been dealing with this? Yes, I’m talking to you, you know what you’ve been doing, you’ve been distracting yourself and numbing yourself. The problem with that is when you numb bad feelings you also numb good feelings such as joy and happiness. So this is not working out for you and you don’t feel good which starts a vicious cycle.

Yes, you are flawed, but we all are in some way but you are also worthy of love and belonging. Practice being grateful, stop being so angry, open up and be vulnerable and allow people to love you for you.
