Do you have Valium instead?

Is this like "Where's Waldo", but instead of Waldo we find Pendragon? ;)
i think i found you Pen! is that you two posts above me? :p ;)
Would I admit to it? I gave two clues in this post: http://www.online-literature.com/for...postcount=7599 The question is, can you solve it? http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1...e_neumanS1.jpg
Can I solve it? Not me, I am not good at thinking....maybe the person below me will know?
(are you hiding in plain sight, like the purloined letter? So you would be hiding here? )
Have you been hiding out in a movie theatre...?
Perhaps in a secret lair,in a cave?
Well Pen. Shall we all meet you in Paris then?;)
So Kathy, you actually can solve mysteries? Allow me to explain for the others:
In The Purloined Letter, one of Poe's cases with C. Auguste Dupin, the letter is hidden by always being in plain sight, among other letters lying around innocently. Sherlock Holmes also espoused hiding in plain sight. He told Watson "Naked is the best disguise." Become someone people are used to seeing and they overlook you.
Think of it like this: A lady is found dead in her home. A search reveals a registered letter, a fresh reciept from the paper boy for the month's bill, and two unopen packages, one from a UPS truck and one from FEDX. If the neighbors are asked if they saw any strangers at that residence that day, they will all probably say "No." Yet here is evidence that four people came to that door. A mailman, since a reqistered letter requires a signature, the paperboy, to collect and write the reciept, and the two delivery men. One of them could be the killer. But he is hidden in plain sight!

You found me! http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1.../PuppyLove.gif
A question with a degree of difficulty; this question quotes part of poem by an American author from New England. It is formated diifferently from the original. "Indebtedness to oxygen/ the chemist may repay,/But not the obligation to electricity./It founds the homes and decks the days/and every clamor bright/is but the gleam concomitant/of that waylaying light." Who is the poet? quasimodo1
That sounds like Emily Dickinson's staccato compressions.
Am I right? Don't know the poem though.
Emily it is, staccato compressions from what poem or should I just give it up?
the farthest thunder that i heard Emily D. well how about another. The author should be easy, but what work did this come from..."Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more,/Or close the wall up with our English Dead".
Dear Pen: Hiding in plain sight, yes? quasi
To hockeychick8792: Eventually context will reveal all. quasimodo1
Best way to hide, no. Quasi? http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1.../PuppyLove.gif
Dear Pen: i stand corrected. Got the idea from your posting. quasi
what im confused?
the question is three posts up; sorry about the confusing entries. quasimodo1
Why are they not asking questions?
You mean I'm not the only one who started wondering that?
We got sidetracked by a Special, gotta clear the tracks for them, ya know? http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1...lies/Cop-1.gif
You know what?
chicken butt? Perhaps?
Pardon me, would you mind helping out a fellow American whose down on his luck? (You have to image the Humprey Bogart voice!) Anyone know which famous cartoon this is from?
Would it be a Bugs Bunny cartoon?
can I go ahead and answer this or do we have to wait till Pen gets back?
Why would you wanna answer it?
Would it be because we like trivia?
