Not ideally. Dogs need space. But in a big city like São Paulo, there are many dogs that live in apartments.
Flower gardens?
They are pretty and nice to watch. But expensive and hard to keep! So, it's an aye for the visual effect, but a nay for the financial aspect of it.
Comic books?
Aye... though I haven't read nor purchased one in decades; loved them as a child and early teen.
