A children's illness you got: measles, mumps, tonsillitis! chicken pox or other? ( Good question, I'm learning the English names of children's diseases).

Measles, tonsillitis (tonsils and adenoids removed around 1st grade), and chicken pox (our Mothers had a chicken pox party so all the children in our neighborhood got them at the same time (cringe) )... I don't think I got the mumps.

Favorite grade in grade school (not graduate school) (K,1-6) ?

Got my tonsils removed too. At that time the doctors believed that without tonsils one was less exposed to colds. And those parties were very common in times of no vaccine.
