Way too difficult to narrow down, as I listen to many different types of music.
Favorites in classical music who come to mind: Fredéric Chopin, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Richard Wagner, Antonio Vivaldi, Johann Sebastian Bach, Claude Debussy, and Edvard Grieg.
Favorites in alternative rock: Radiohead, Björk, Fiona Apple, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Led Zeppelin, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Stone Temple Pilots, and A Perfect Circle.

I like this question, so I will plagarize freely: Where is your secret place, the place you go to find tranquility, the place that makes you feel centered, gives you peace of mind? Is it a favorite chair while you have a cup of tea? Or someplace or some thing else?

My favourite place, odd as it may seem, is at my kitchen table. That's where I do everything - eat, study, listen to music, etc (this excludes sleeping of course ;) ) I feel most at rest doing everything there, but for what reason Im not too sure...

Ok - I have two - the first one is the dancefloor. Loud music and being caught in the rythm makes me at ease. My second not very secret place is my cottage. I like to sit on the stairs outside and look at the blackbird take a morning bath, before I chop wood. I really enjoy chopping wood, and doing the heavy gardening like taking down trees.

What do you like to do?

I like going out with friends......stuff of the sort and stuff.

Hmmm, I guess while I asked the question, I never contemplated my answer.
I have a few places, depending on my mood: introspection, my favorite chair at my favorite coffeehouse (Java Vivacé), my local library, and two very nature-oriented areas - a place called Washington Park (that has lots of rose gardens, landscaping art, and scenery) and Sauvie Island.
