Liquid Almond milk. My Mother gave us reconstituted (add water) powdered milk when we were young... never cared for it.

Powdered milk or condensed milk ?

I use liquid or powered milk..
Condensed milk is very sweet, so used only in desserts.

fat milk or slim milk?

Neither... when I drank cow's milk it was 2%.

Box cereal: Sugary or 'heart healthy' or none ?

Used to be sugary but today I have to avoid sugar and wheat.

Going to bed early or late ?

Feeling okay... my test just came out negative, but I'm going to treat it as a false negative just to be safe. Throat a bit sore, breathing a bit labored, just a little achy in the body... but the two people I spend most of my time with both have confirmed cases... dunno :)

Lol, generally go to bed between 2 am - 7 am; not sure if that's early or late. I love having no distractions in the wee hours :)

Congrats, but I think you do well to be careful because you have symptoms even if they are light. Better no contact with other people. Hope your wife and your sister in love are recovering.

I often go to bed at 2 a m. For me it is late.
