When's the last time you used a typewriter?
Years ago, in early highschool, when my family's computer would not work, and I had a paper to type, so I used my mother's nostalgic, ancient-looking typewriter. The paper took some time to write, due to the keys feeling so stubborn.
To the person below me: same question.
When my grandad died and we got his typewriter for memories, about six years ago!
How old were you when you first fell in love?
I don't think I've ever really fell in love... IF it was love, then I was 20, but i hope love is something better than that.............
Q: do you sleep with teddybears? If not, when did you stop? ;) :D
I stopped sleeping with teddies when I was 15 and got Spock, he didn't want to share our bed with the 15 teddybears I had. They are in a bag under my bed...
below:same Q?
'_' ... I never had a teddy bear. I did try to sleep with one doll I had, but I was a really messy sleeper and when I woke up he was lying on the floor. I wasn't attached to my dolls in that way anyway. (I used them mainly to act the bizarre plays I created. :p)
Why do you think some people can be so superficial? (At the moment I have in mind girls who scream, "omgz orlando bloom and brad pitt are hott!!")
I think that some people are superficial because they havent had time (or maybe dont want) to mature. They only see life on a face value, rather than evaluating the important things.
To the person below me: same question
Have you never just looked at someone and went 'omg, s/he's so hot!'? Though I think what most teenage girls do is downright silly and kind of... well, really annoying and disgusting.
Do you listen to music/news/whatever while reading? If so, what do you prefer for background 'noise'?
I can tolerate almost any kind of background while reading, unless it requires my full attention (such as reading in-depth philosophy, poetry, or school textbooks). I usually do enjoy some background music, however, usually classical, such as by Antonio Vivaldi, Frederic Chopin, Richard Wagner, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, or Edvard Grieg, to name a few.
To the person below me: same question. :)
Not really. I tend to pay attention more to the music than to what I'm reading, so unless I'm reading a magazine or a comic book, I usually have the music off.
Describe your thumb and be vivid.
Well, my thumb is small and slender. It's a very petite thumb. The nail is long and filed; well manicured. Umm....I cant really write much more about my thumb :(
To the person below me: Do you have a particular routine you stick to each morning? If so, do you get annoyed if your routine is disrupted?
I want to have a routine to follow everyday but I don't have one in the morning. But if any of my routines are interrupted I get really confused and take a few moments to get my head together...
below: have you read :The Colour Purple, if so did you like it and if not then why not?
I have not read it yet, but I have heard wonderful things; regardless, I loved the movie. I have heard great things about all of Alice Walker's works, of which I have not read, but I suppose I look more into her mentor (practically), Zora Neale Hurston.
To the person below me: have you ever fainted, if so, under what circumstances?
Yes, once, when my sister cut herself and was bleeding. She fainted, then my dad did and I did. It was pretty freaky...
same question...
no, but i've passed out a couple of times. nothing romantic and silly (i.e. swooning over some swain).
have you ever rescued a hapless small animal?
