Donating blood or bowling (10-pins) ?
that's a fun one. a long time ago I used to donate blood regularly and after some weird general malady made its residence in my life, I never felt good about giving my blood anymore---even though the red cross folks told me I could designate my donation for research as opposed to transfusion. I like bowling, but on general principles you have to go with donating blood.
this could be a toughie
perry mason vs [/I]columbo.
Easy peasy: Perry Mason... never could get into columbo.
Boating or sailing ?
that's surprising tailor, I would have guessed you would have liked him.
ive read and enjoyed 2-3 perry mason books and then watching the old episodes that came from the stories. have you ever read any?
that said, I just finished a book last night and went out to the garage to grab a new one to start and I snagged the glitter murder by William Harrington, a columbo book.
I only have a little experience with each but sailing for sure.
twilight zone vs six million dollar man
we can rebuild him!
No to reading Perry Mason, yes to watching on the telly way back when.
Twilight Zone for sure.
Robocop or The Terminator ?
I liked Robocop but its hard to beat ahhrnold, major nod to terminator, although I do wonder if all the sequels get a bit tiresome. maybe not, im pretty movie tolerant.
do you have a favorite or memorable episode of twilight zone?
star trek: the original series vs MacGyver.
TZ: 1-An omnipotent Billy Mumy, 2-the Martian/Venusian encounter at a diner, 3-"The Monsters are due on Maple Street"... subject to change as I recall other episodes :)
Never got into MacGyver... ST
Car colors: Candy Apple Red or Gentian Blue Metallic ?
i haven't seen many tz episodes---I don't think ive seen of those but lots of them are available online so maybe someday...
I think the actual color of my house might be candy apple red so having a red car would be toooooo much red. gotta go with blue. and probably even if my house weren't red too.
the andy Griffith show vs dallas
do you know, I STILL don't know who shot JR!
AG... Never watched Dallas... vaguely familiar with the kerfuffle.
Environment: Too warm or too cool ?
personally speaking, id have to go with "too warm" because I have this wonderful pond perfectly suitable for such occasions. plus, economically, "too cold" costs extra money and resources and my water both in and out always freezes!
the mary tyler moore show vs magnum PI.
Not a devotee of MPI... don't think I watched many episodes. I did like the leading man in the movie Quigley Down Under very much: one of my many guilty movie pleasures.
Loved MTM when I caught it on rare occasions... so MTM :)
Aquarium or zoo or art gallery or public garden or planetarium ?
my mother was a big mtm fan, so I have fond memories of it in that regard.
ive not seen Quigley tailor---I wonder if that should be on my list of things to watch...
oh that's a toughie, lots of good to be said about them all---as much as I love the outdoors and animals and art, i'll give a slight lean towards the planetarium. ive only been once and remember loving it enough to be interested in going again if the opportunity arose.
ozzy and harriet vs the dick van dyke show.
Quigley - great supporting stars :)
My favorite times at a planetarium: Chaperoning my Grand-daughter on a school trip near Sacramento. A laser light show of Pink Floyd music at De Anza College circa 1980. My own school trips to the San Francisco planetarium... great times :)
Ozzyh!, ozzyh!, ozzyh ! DVD was too heavy into physical comedy and MTM a bit whiney at the time... although the supporting cast was a hilarious.
Would you rather have the ability to fly or have x-ray vision ?
I went to a laser light show to pink Floyd music in the early 80s! not a planetarium, just on a screen, but still fantastic. so it was apparently a coast to coast phenomena.
of course seeing through women's clothing is every boys dream but i'll go with flying---although im leary of what that might do to my love of bike riding....
the lone ranger vs the brady bunch.
the lone ranger
