well if you are refering to dallas, texas, then YES! texas is my one of my favorite states.
would it be right to kill someone who is planning on killing you and killed one of your family members? (no i do not plan on killing anyone if that so happens to run across your mind. just thought to ask something different.)
right or wrong are so undefinable that I can't even pretend to understand a moral standpoint on such a situation. If the question is if I would kill if I felt threatened, I would hope I wouldn't and if my family was threatened I would do all in my power not to kill the assailent and protect my family, but if it came between the family and the assailent i would kill in an instant (or at least I would hop so).
