Yikes, tough question; I love so many. My favorite would thrive somewhere in the labyrinth between Peanuts, Garfield and Friends, Family Circus, and Dilbert.
To the person below me: same question. :)

Bizarro was my fave, but since it has been retired I enjoy Non-sequitur.

The cold six thousand by James Ellroy, the basic premise was ok, but the book did not move quickly enough for my liking. (attention span destroyed by television & rugby)

Curiosities of Kansas. I figure i should make the most out of my Kansas experience and see all I can.
Were you ever embarrassed to buy a book, if so which one?
I remember, as a child in elementary school, I loved many of the creepy books by R.L. Stine; I had, in fact, read almost all of the author's books by age 10. For a class project, each of us had to pick out a fiction book of our choice, and since I had read so many of the Stine books in the school library, I asked my dad for some money so I could purchase one at the bookstore; there, I found one I had never read called Double Date. Feeling so excited, I never hesitated in purchasing it. Needless to say, concerning my age (perhaps 8 or 9 at the time), the bookstore saleswoman gave me a strange look and smirk, judging the title of the book, and several other classmates at school laughed when they discovered the book I read. I enjoyed it in my odd childish humor, regardless.

It was, uh, for a friend. No, seriously. Stop looking at me like that.
