That would be Hungry Mother State Park, beach area, about 10 miles from the house here. My wife's people used to own the land where the lake is today. It was built during the "New Deal" era, by the CCC camps. ;) Told y'all I lived in the mountains! :lol:

Man. I figured they'd at least have that odd-shaped headstone of his up close and in color! My childhood centers on that graveyard. At its Cemetery Street entrance, it was two blocks to Grandma and (her brother) Uncle Marvin's houses on Park Street, where mom grew up. From the opposite entrance on Sever Street, it was a block and 1/2 to Aunt Joy's (mom's sister.) Back to Park Street, a block from Grandma, my Uncle Bob (mom’s brother) lived. All the way to the end of Park Street at Lee Street, Uncle Bud (mom's older brother) lived. Us cousins played in that graveyard!!
