there is little difference between american and canadian football, in fact i think its the exact same thing. i posted that way because we have had the european/american soccer debate before...

Love, but I learned that if I make a really complicated dish my husband gets too confused about what's in it (how much did it cost, was it really necessarry, etc...) and tends to ruin the mood.

campfires are awesome. i love the smell of my clothes later and of course, roasting marshmallows. its been almost two years since i got to go camping though...sad.

The ladybug poem is a nursery rhyme and it is in estonian. Kids sometimes say it when they find a ladybug. But I'll translate.
I last said it quite a while ago (read: about 5-7 years) so maybe I do not remember it exactly.
Lepatriinu, lenda ära
näita, kus su kodu on/ kodu põleb, lapsed sees.
It means:
Ladybug, fly away,
show me, where your home is/ your home is on fire and your children are in.
And sometimes it is said that from that direction to where ladybug flies you will find your future wife/husband.
Now: smores? What are smores? I am afraid my english is not good enough to know it and the net dictionary does not know the word too. I guess it has got something to with cooking, but I do not know. But I hope that I like them.

smores are a food thing....when you are camping, you roast marshmallows over a campfire, then sandwich them between pieces of graham wafers and chocolate....

well, i've never had them before, but since i'm not fond of marshmallows i go for dislike.

As for all the football talk, I am not an expert, but oddly enough this same conversation came up in a discussion yesterday, so it gave me new insight. Insight that I would probably have forgotten if I hadn't saw people mentioning it on here.
