ive walked poof back home a couple of times danik. the first time she was back the next day. the last time it took me a couple of days to see her again. this morning she was on my porch again and its tough because we have a half foot of snow here. I put some food under the house for her.

the neighbors aren't living in the house yet danik. i could write the wife and say "hey, poof is lonely" but i fear that wouldn't go over well. in the meantime, i go outside multiple times a day to fetch wood, and sometimes for other reasons, and if she is around, i'll pet her a bit. if its morning, i give her some food. if its late afternoon, i give her some food then too. today i put a little rug under the tarps on my porch and that'll help her a little bit.

that was more or less the gist of the last message I had sent to the neighbors, that she was wanting attention and company. she was on my porch this morning for breakfast and some petting. if she didn't attack spritzer, I would have been happy to have kept her through the winter months.
