Yes that is my work, and yes it is quite unbalanced :( I had other versions from the same session on an old hard drive once, but uh, while playing chess on the internet years ago I got really angry and smacked my computer across the room and that was the end of that. About 20,000 photos gone.

oh that's a toughie---im strongly libertarian leaning, but am also really big into environmental and consumer stewardship...
I lean towards no---but somehow figuring out a way to make voluntary recycling highly desirable and rewarding (economically, socially, etc)

I had the same problem bounty did with that question, I also don't know much about the effectiveness of recycling, but if it is very good then, yes, it should be mandatory. Laws do exist for a reason.
