The taste of vinegars?

Vinegar is great for seasoning cucumber, and as an ingredient of salad dressing. The taste of undiluted vinegar isn't pleasant, though.

Is that your work? The picture has some artistic quality, but it's not that well balanced, with the top being so much darker than the bottom.
